Comments: 5/5/2020 - It was fairly easy. I only left it in the refrigerator
for 7 hours before first serving it.
10/21/2020 - I followed the recipe, using canola oil and salt-substitute, but
omitting the celery seeds. It was good.
2/22/2021 - I used canola oil and Kosher sea salt, and substituted 1/2
a small yellow onion. It marinated for 8 hours before its first use.
9/8/2021 - I used canola oil, salt-substitute, only 1/4 red onion, mixed in the
larger of the ceramic bowls. It only marinated 3 hours before we first ate it.
4/16/2022 - I used canola oil and about 2/3 of a red onion, plus the other
ingredients as listed. There was way too much onion, and I extracted some before
serving. I left the onion rings whole, but should have cut them.
