Name: Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion - chopped fine
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4-5 slices dry bread - cubed
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions:
- Mix in order
- Roll into small balls
- Brown in melted butter, or bake on jelly roll pan in 350 oven
- Serve with Swedish Cream Gravy, sweet mustard and lingonberry sauce!
