Name: Strawberries Nevadas

Ingredients:

• Condensed milk (1 can)
• Strawberries (1/2 kg)
• 2 eggs
• Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions:

• Wash the strawberries after removing the leafs. Let them dry.
• Beat egg whites until they are about to merengue.
• When the egg whites are firm, gradually stir in the condensed milk.
• Serve in small bowls, covering the strawberries with the cream and sprinkling with ground cinnamon.
