Comments: 12/31/2023 - I used a one-pound bag of frozen collard greens. The cooking instructions for microwave called for adding 1 cup of water, zapping for 6 minutes, stirring, and then zapping for another 15 minutes. I used chicken broth in place of the water. At 6 minutes, I added sautéed onions, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup, in amounts scaled to the weight of the greens.
