1/4/2015 - I used bok choy and sesame seeds.
10/13/2015 - This time the greens were rainbow chard. I modified the recipe
to include the sesame seeds.
3/3/2017 - I used beet greens and about 4 ounces of mushrooms. I stir-fried
the mushrooms for about 2 minutes before adding the greens.
1/19/2019 - I used a bag of baby spinach leaves and
added a can of sliced water chestnuts. I could have used two
bags of spinach leaves. I liked it.
3/28/2019 - I used two bags of baby spinach leaves. They would
not all fit in our large frying pan at first; I had to cook the first
batch down before the remainder would fit.
1/9/2021 - Instead of greens, I used 1/3 of a red cabbage with the
soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
2/8/2021 - The greens were 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, which
cooked down to a small volume.
I applied the sesame liberally; 4 teaspoons of oil and lots of toasted seeds.
It was good.
11/29/2021 - I had a full-sized bok choy, and was only able to cook half of it.
I used a tablespoon of sesame oil.
7/9/2024 - I used bok choy. I accidentally added 1 tablespoon sherry to the
sauce. I toasted black sesame seeds in the toaster oven. I cooked the greens for
9 minutes before adding the suce.
