Comments: 12/31/2019 - I used 2 cups of pre-sliced Baby Bella mushrooms and one sweet onion. I cooked the onion longer than recommended and omitted the salt & pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe.
7/23/2023 - I used 8 ounces of mushrooms and one sweet onion.
8/10/2024- I used this as a sauce for pasta (Couscous). I had 14-oz of portabella mushrooms and a Vidalia onion. I used six tablespoons of butter, three tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce, two teaspoons of garlic powder, and I accidentally added two teaspoons of ginger powder. I added one large, heritage tomato near the end. Cooking took about 20 minutes, but chopping took longer. I served it with Couscous, steamed beets, and a green salad.
