Name: Salmon Kedgeree



Yield: 3 or 4 servings

Comments: This is a recipe for leftover salmon. Traditionally it is a breakfast dish that can be served hot or cold.
2/23/2012 - Sort of did this. Cooked onion and mushrooms in the butter, and then combined them with the rice and salmon and 1 teaspoon of black pepper in a casserole dish. I heated the casserole at 350 for 20 minutes, and then topped with sliced hard boiled eggs. We ate the whole thing with a salad and vegetable.
