Comments: 8/26/2020 - I started with one smallish rutabaga, and used a teaspoon each of pseudo-salt and black pepper. I roasted them for 30 minutes at 425º in the toaster oven and then 15 minutes more at 450º. Even the smaller pieces were still a little firm after that time. I forgot the apple cider vinegar and we didn’t have any parsley. We had about 4 servings.
