Comments: 12/01/2011 - I planned to use leftover pork chops, but accidentally
defrosted uncooked pork chops. I sliced them thinly and stir-fied until the
pink was gone and removed them from the pan before starting on the vegetables.
In the confusion, I forgot to include the garlic. I set the burner at
'6' and the vegetables cooked more rapidly than the times above
indicate.
2/10/2020 - I made this with leftover pork loin roast. I used about
4 oz of mushrooms and a cereal bowl full of pork pieces, and followed the recipe.
The burner was set at 6. Served with rice and green bean stir-fry.
