Comments: 7/10/2021 - I had a can of crushed pineapple and one of pineapple chunks. I did my best to crush the chunks. The desert could have fit in an 8x8 baking pan. I baked it for 40 minutes.
5/15/2022 - I used the 8x8 inch glass baking pan. One of the cans of pineapple was hard to drain so the filling came out juicy than intended. The fruit is too acid for Gail’s stomach so she can’t eat it just before bedtime.
