Name: Peanut Butter Fudge

Comments: 12/03/2013 - I added 2 tablespoons of butter to the first step, and used almond milk in place of real milk. In second step, I never did get the mixture to form a ball when dropped into water even though I boiled it for more than 17 minutes and other recipes suggested that 5 minutes was sufficient. I had forgotten how messy marshmallow whip is! I used one 7 1/2-oz jar of it. The fudge never did become firm.
