Name: Oven-Roasted Ribs
- abt 3 lbs country-style ribs (microwave thaw if frozen ~30 min)
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Yield: Serves about five.
- Mix seasonings, and rub mixture over ribs.
- Roast at 375ºF for 45 min, bone side up.
- Turn over and continue roasting for 45-60 min more
- Let stand 15 min and serve
