Name: Morinaga Tofu Stir-Fry



Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Comments: 2/5/2015 - I doubled the sesame oil; otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It tasted OK. The baking sheet was difficult to clean; should have put aluminum foil under the tofu.
4/18/2022 - I cut the tofu in cubes, and substituted a teaspoon of ground ginger and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. For vegetables, I had 2 cups of broccoli, a can of sliced water chestnuts, a can of baby corn, and 7 ounces of fresh bean sprouts. I put parchment paper on the baking sheet and that helped. It seemed a little dry to me.
I added 1/4 cup of chicken stock to the leftovers and that helped a lot.
11/29/2023 - I followed the recipe except I substituted 2 teaspoons of ground ginger for the fresh. For vegetables, I used snow peas, 1/2 bell pepper, diced water chestnuts, and baby corn pieces.
