Name: Microwave Steamed Carrots

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs carrots

Instructions:

• Put the carrots in a microwave safe bowl
• Add 1 tablespoon of water
• Cover with microwave safe cling wrap
• Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes

Comments: 10/14/2014 - The carrots were very soft after 5 minutes of microwaving.
2/6/2017 - I included some of the seasonings of Carrots in Dill Butter, and microwaved for 4 minutes. They were good.
