Name: Microwave Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe baking dish or medium bowl, combine ingredients
- Microwave, uncovered, on high (power level 10) until the rice is tender
and the liquid is absorbed, 15 to 18 minutes.

Comments: 5/25/2015 - I used a 2-quart casserole dish, which was much larger than necessary,
and microwaved for 17 minutes.
