Name: Eggs a la Microwave

Ingredients:

• Egg(s)

Instructions:

• Break eggs into a microwave safe bowl and cover the bowl with a plate
• Microwave in 30 or 60 second intervals, inspecting the results after each
• Serve when done

Comments: 11/9/2011 - I used two eggs. They cooked from the outside in. At the end there was an explosion and some egg fragments wound up outside the bowl. I think I cooked them for about 2 minutes, and they were hard-cooked with hard yolks.
