Name: Mexican Crema
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Mexican sour cream (or regular sour cream)
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Use it now or store it in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Yield: 6 servings
Comments: 4/20/2016 - I skipped the lime zest.
