Name: Mexican Crema

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Mexican sour cream (or regular sour cream)
• 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
• 2 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:

• Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
• Use it now or store it in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Comments: 4/20/2016 - I skipped the lime zest.
