Name: Maple-Glazed Carrots, Parsnips and Rutabaga



Yield: 8 to 10 servings.

Comments: 4/05/2011 - 8 minutes was not nearly long enough for the vegetables to become tender; for sauce, I used only 3 tbsp of melted margarine and used lime juice instead of lemon. I did not add salt, and did not have any parsnips. It was OK.
