12/28/2011. I did not use zest, or salt and pepper. One lemon gave 3.5 tablespoons of juice.
4/15/2013 - Steaming the beans for 9 minutes left them still pretty crunchy. One lemon provided a lot of juice, and the leftovers were highly lemony flavored after soaking two days.
11/10/2014 - Used 1/2 lemon. Very mild the first day, but the leftovers were stronger the next day.
1/03/2015 - Used 1/2 lemon again. Put leftovers into next day's salad.
2/10/2018 - I used 1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper and salt substitute.
