Name: Kabob-It Tuna and Pineapple
Ingredients:
- 2/3 lb tuna steak
- fresh pineapple
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Cut pineapple into 1-inch cubes
- Cut tuna into 1-inch cubes
- Combine other ingredients
- Inset tuna and pineapple chunks on skewers, alternating
- Brush seasoning mix on tuna and pineapple
- Kabob for 20 minutes
Yield: ???
Comments: I also put pieces of green pepper at the top and bottom of the skewer
Gail said it was the best thing I'd done with tuna.
