Name: Kabob-It Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 2 tbl sherry
- 1/2 green pepper
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes
- Combine soy sauce, molasses, ginger powder, olive oil, and sherry; mix well
- Coat chicken with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
- Cut green pepper into 1-inch squares
- Insert chicken and pepper onto skewers
- Kabob for 20 minutes

Comments: 4/19/09 - I served it with rice. Gail suggested we could put some pineapple chunks on the skewers too.
