Yield: Aim for about 0.3 to 0.4 pounds per person

Comments: 11/11/2014 - Used a package of three breasts - about 1 lb. Forgot the black pepper.
8/15/2018 - I used a package with 2 breasts - 1.6 pounds. I scaled most of the ingredients appropriately, but forgot the black pepper again! I grilled the breasts on the charcoal grill, 8 minutes on one side and about 5 on the other. I used the meat thermometer to be sure the chicken was cooked. It was juicy, and Gail said it tasted good. I served it with potato salad, steamed asparagus, and green salad.
