10/12/2019 - I grilled this with Garlic Lime Chicken and marinated it with a marinade derived from a grilled broccoli recipe from the NY Times. For my version, I used just 1 teaspoon of tamarind concentrate, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. The result was mild.
6/1/2021 - I grilled this on the Weber for 12 minutes with Garlic Lime Chicken, using just a coating of olive oil. Some parts were blackened, but weren’t very crispy.
