Name: Grilled Beets

Comments: 7/10/2021 - I had three medium beets and used 3 tablespoons of olive oil. The thickest slices were maybe 1/3 inch. I grilled them on the Weber, which was probably hotter than recommended. I cooked them 8 minutes on each side. Some closer to the coals were a little charred after the first 8 minutes. I moved them farther from the coals when turning them over, and they worked out fine. I lost two slices through the grate into the coals.
