Yield: 4 servings

Comments: 10/30/2016 - I omitted the red pepper flakes, and messed up by mixing the garlic and ginger powder into the sauce. I liked the flavor, tho.
9/2/2017 - Disaster! I included the red pepper flakes and it was much too spicy for Gail to eat. I also used 1/2 teaspoon each of salt substitute and black pepper. The honey made it very sweet.
9/4/2017 - I reduced the honey from two to one tablespoon and the red pepper flakes from one teaspoon to about 1/8 teaspoon. It still tasted sweet and spicy, but Gail was able to eat it. I updated the recipe for the new measurements.
6/5/2018 - I substituted Sugar Snap Peas for the Green Beans. I goofed by putting the vegetable oil in the sauce and then having to use more oil in the skillet. I used a little less seasonings than during 9/4/2017. It all worked.
2/10/2020 - I followed the recipe, except I substituted red wine vinegar for the rice vinegar, with the burner setting at “ 8”. Served with rice and pork stir-fry.
7/24/2021 - I followed the recipe, except I substituted apple vinegar for the rice vinegar, with the burner setting at “ 8”. I served with Shrimp with Green Onions.
