Comments: 3/28/2024 - Mostly, I followed the recipe, but I had a smaller amount cauliflower
5/2/2026 - I had a cauliflower that weighed 29 oz with the leaves and stem attached. I used 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic. I forgot to put it back in the oven after topping it the florets with the cheese. I omitted the parsley. Preparation and cooking took an hour. I served it with Mushroom Casserole with Marjoram, green salad, and bread.
