Name: Fast Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients:

• 1 can low-salt kidney beans
• 2 8-oz can low-salt tomato sauce
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Instructions:

• Mix all ingredients together and heat in microwave oven for six minutes, stirring once.
• Eat

Comments: Don't serve to anyone else
8/27/2017 - I added a tablespoon of cilantro, a teaspoon of salt substitute, and a sprinkling of cinnamon. The flavor was good.
