Name: Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons mayonaise
- 3 teaspoons pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 dashes salt
- 2 dashes pepper
- paprika
Instructions:
- Peel the eggs and cut in two, lengthwise
- Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl
- Combine the mayonaise, pickle relish, mustard,
salt and pepper with the egg yolks
- Mix well
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites
- Sprinkle with paprika
Yield: 24 deviled eggs
