Comments: 2/29/2016 - The 13.5-oz can of coconut milk was more like a paste
than a milk. The final result was a little sticky.
3/1/2016 - I had about 15 oz. of rice left over, and converted it to a rice pudding
by adding 2/3 cup of brown sugar, some craisins, and a little milk. It was
quite sweet and we liked it.
2/5/2017 - I shook the coconut milk can vigorously and it was more liquid than last year.
5/2/2021 - I used 2 cups of light coconut milk with 1 cup of water. Otherwise
I followed the recipe exactly.
