Name: Blueberry Pie
Ingredients:
- Pre-baked pie shell
- 4 cups blueberries, divided
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 rounded tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Mix and cook 1 cup of blueberries, water, sugar, and cornstarch until thickened
- Remove from heat and add butter
- Cool
- Add 3 cups raw berries
- Pour mixture into pie shell and chill
