Name: Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 4 medium-sized baking potatoes

Instructions:

• Wash potatoes and grease with butter.
• Bake in oven at 400º for about 40 minutes.
• Puncture with a fork when half cooked.

Comments: 3/19/2015 - I had three russet potatoes - Gail thought they were large - and baked them at 400º in the toaster oven for 40 minutes. They were still not fully cooked. I zapped one in the microwave oven for an extra three minutes and that turned out good.
11/15/2025 - I had one large Russet potato. It took 10 minutes in the microwave before it was ready.
