Comments: 10/6/10 - I had about 2 cups of potatoes. At medium heat, they absorbed the margarine
(in place of butter) in about 5 minutes and the broth in about 6 minutes. Gail and
I ate it all.
3/22/2011 - I made this with rice instead of potatoes, starting with
1+ cup of water and 1 cup of dry rice cooking for 20 min.
I used this semi-cooked rice where the recipe calls for
potatoes
