Name: Brown Rice



Yield: 3 1/2 cups

Comments: 11/8/2017 - After stirring in the rice, I reduced heat to low, but that was too low. After 45 minutes, there was still a lot of liquid in the pot and the rice was not fully cooked.
1/26/2019 - Cooking at at a level between 1 and 2 for 45 minutes was OK. I used 3 times as much water as uncooked rice.
