Name: Mashed Potatoes
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Yield: However much as you put in.
- Peel and boil potatoes for 20 to 40 min (cut into pieces to shorten time and start with boiling water).
- Mash with a fork and then attack with mixer (best done in the saucepan to avoid splatters).
- Add butter, salt, and milk.
Comments: Can use sweet potatoes
10/1/2019 - I used two large potatoes that weighed about 1.5 pounds, and
used salt substitute in place of the real salt.
