Name: Grilled Bratwurst
Ingredients:
- Bratwurst
- Italian Hoagie rolls
- Optional toppings: catsup, mustard, pickle relish, chopped onion, sauerkraut
Instructions:
- Light charcoal in grill and wait for it to turn white
- Add sausage to the middle of the grill
- Cook, turning links often, until the sausage is brown
- Move the sausage to the edge of the grill
- Continue cooking until the internal temperature is 160º F
- Serve on rolls
- Each diner adds the toppings of their choice
Yield: Usually 5 brats in a package
