Name: Fast Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 can low-salt kidney beans
- 2 8-oz can low-salt tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together and heat in microwave oven for six minutes, stirring once.
- Eat
Yield: One large meal
Comments: Don't serve to anyone else
8/27/2017 - I added a tablespoon of cilantro, a teaspoon of salt substitute, and
a sprinkling of cinnamon. The flavor was good.
