Name: Cream of Mushroom Soup



Yield: 6 servings (5 cups)

Comments: 11/16/2016 - I prepared it to use in the scalloped potatoes and ham recipe. I dispensed with the salt and used 1/2 teaspoon amounts of black pepper and nutmeg.
9/7/2017 - I prepared this again to use with the scalloped potatoes and ham recipe. To make it thicker, I only used one cup of bouillon and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. For seasoning, I used 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and salt substitute with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Unfortunately, I grabbed a can of sweetened evaporated milk off the shelf so the result was quite sweet!
