Name: Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

• Oil
• 1 lb. diced chicken
• 1 15-oz jar Patak Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce
• 1 lb. cooked rice

Instructions:

• Heat a little cooking oil in a deep-sided frying pan
• Added diced chicken and sauté until the meat is brown, about 5 minutes
• Pour the jar of curry sauce over the chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
• Serve over rice with chutneys and pickles

Comments: Alternatively replace the chicken with mixed vegetables or shrimp.
6/10/2022 - After I got through removing the fat and dicing the chicken., it wasn’t hard. I used 1.8 pounds of chicken thigh fillets. The sauce was mild even though the jar said medium.
