Boiled White Rice

Name: Boiled White Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup white rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Bring water and olive oil to boil (abt 4 min on high)
Add rice.
Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes

Yield: 4 cups of rice, serves two to four

Comments: 1/13/2024 - I’ve used this for many years, but never entered a comment. Usually, I use 3/4 rice to 1 1/2 cup water without the olive oil. This time I decreased the water to 1 1/3 cup, and it was okay.
