Name: Beths Cornbread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can (15 oz.) creamed corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup corn meal (white, self-rising)
- Preheat oven to 400º
- Mix eggs and oil
- Add corn, sour cream, and salt
- Stir in corn meal. (Do not over mix.)
- Pour into a greased 8x8" glass pan.
- Bake for 30+ minutes.
