On this page, there are two photographs at the Hällekårret farm, where my great-grandparents, Fredrik and Adela Olafsson, lived after Helgebo. The first photo came from my second cousin Linda Beecham and includes our great-grandparents and other relatives in front of the house. The second was found on the Swedish digital museum (digitalmuseum.se).
Fredrik Olafsson, granddaughter Margaret "Peggy" Carlson, daughter Alida, Adela Olafsson, and Alida's husband Adolf Karl-Johan Schevenius at Halleskaret, Sweden. Peggy was born 28 December 1919, so this photo probably was taken in 1920 or 1921. After moving to the U.S., Adolf went by the name John Carlson.
This second photo includes an elderly woman who is holding a young girl. The girl is wearing the same clothes as Peggy Carlson in the above photo. I think that the old woman is Adela Olafsson and the young girl is Margaret "Peggy" Carlson. There are two men, another woman, and a child in this photo that I do not recognize.
