James Henry Schroder. According to a hunting license issued on September 17, 1913, he was 5 feet 8 inches high, weighed 150 pounds, and had blue eyes.
The photo was provided to me by Nancy Schroder and she got it from Terry Schroder. The original photos apparently are held by descendants of Mary Grace VanOrder Piper, James Schroder’s half sister.
